Mega Walk-in Drive For Finance/Accounts Executive/ Sr. Executive on 3RD & 4TH JUNE,2021

We, at Datamatics Limited Nashik, have arranged a MEGA- WALK IN DRIVE for FINANCE / ACCOUNTING DOMAIN on 3RD & 4TH JUNE,2021.

Datamatics Global Services limited, Nashik is Hiring for BFS ( Male Candidates for 2nd & night Shifts Only)

Interview Date & Time : 3RD & 4TH JUNE,2021. ( 11 AM to 2 PM )

Total Vacancy : 40

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com/ MBA ( Finance), CA Interns/ ICWA intern / CPT Clear

Skill Set required:

• Should have Good understanding / Communication Skills, good accounting knowledge, analytical ability, Overall knowledge of Balanced Sheet, BRC etc.
• Should be able to solve client quires/ Handling client Emails/ Client.

Job Description for Accounting :

• Domestic hardcore accounting skills
• CAPEX/Fixed Asset Accounting
• GL Reconciliation
• ERP Experience (SAP, Oracle, Sun etc)
• Experience in Vendor Invoice, ERS, Petty Cash processing
• Follow up with stakeholders for any unsettled account
• Experience Indian TAX Compliance: TDS, GST etc
• Bank Reco/Vendor Reco experience

JD for Finance Domain :

• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile financial transactions
• Ensure proper entries are made in SAP/Tally for all the transactions
• Handle external and internal audits
• Prepare trend analysis for past and present financial data
• Provide data and all necessary details to the MIS team
• Coordinate with HR and Banks for processing payroll, nonpayment of salary, salary reversals, PF, ESIC and PT
• Raise requests to the treasury team to arrange funds for execution of salary payment/advances, loans for special cases etc
• Carry out processes required for calculating Full and Final Settlement
• File for VAT return, check for loans, approvals and reason for loan, emergency situation payments, etc
• For UK File VAT returns, Taxes (HMRC UK GOVT) in a timely manner
• Handle end to end accounting processes for Global Subsidies (UK, Switzerland, Germany)
• Co-ordinate with consultants and employees for queries related to taxation, salary, compliance, reimbursement, investments, etc

Experience : 06 months to 3 years ( In any Accounting firm / Company)

Job Timing : 3:30 PM/ 6 PM/ 8 PM/ 10PM / 12PM ( Rotational basis for Male)

NOTE : Female with ICWA Intern/CA /CS/CPT Clear will be added advantage.
