Position: Manager-Financial Planning and Analysis
Location: Mumbai 
Essence of the Role:
The FP&A role require extensive data management, determination and review of variances and establishing review mechanism. Includes budgeting and forecasting of companys performance and creating forecasted P&L/Balancesheets/Cash Flows besides ensuring all financial/operating and value related KPIs.

Job Description:
• Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin.
• Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
• Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast
• Business performance reporting
• Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments
• Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports
• Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives
• Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis
• Establish a consistent review mechanism
• Act as a decision support service function

We are looking for CMAs with 3-4 years of experience.
