Job Description

Objective: To support the Supply Chain - L&D Function in all Finance and other related matters. To manage and optimize L&D Cost, control returnable movements and associated costs and support other finance operating processes related to L&D.

Job Responsibilities:
?    Transportation
•    Detailed Tracking of Primary & Secondary Freight - Unitwise/ Lanewise
•    Weekly Report on Cost & Variances with explanations.
•    Drive Productivity Opportunities along with Unit Logistics
•    Support with Data analysis & Requirement to various Stake holders
•    To Become Subject matter expert in TMS to leverage systems.
•    Know Key Levers/KPI & do Benchmark with best in class.

?    Warehouse
•    Drive SOP on Warehousing Process at Unit.
•    Work with Unit Logistics team to improve Score card
•    Warehouse Cost & Productivity - MHE to drive
•    Deep dive on Warehouse Breakage on identify areas for improvement.
•    Monitor Stock Counts and Batch level accuracy.

Job Responsibilities

?    Returnables
•    Pallet / ILS  - Monthly System Reco performance
•    Monitor Entries in PTS - Share Customer Balance with Ops.
•    Identify & Pull back Pallets & ILS timely.
•    Co-Ordinate with FSS and Ops Finance on Balance confirmation & Book Corrections.

?    Cost Management
•    Compare Unit wise L & D Cost Actual vs BP & RE with deep dive.
•    Provide inputs for Midmonth estimates , RE.

Reports To:  Manager- Supply Chain Finance
Key Customers:    
Internal Customers: Cluster Logistics and Warehousing Team, Supply chain Finance and Ops Finance Team, 
External Customers:  Transporters , Customers, Vendors

Job Requirement

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance
Experience: 5+ yrs. of related finance experience
Functional Skills:
•    Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Primarily Excel, PowerPoint & Access
•    Effective project management skills 
•    Experience / exposure with spend analytics 
•    Experience BI / BW or similar reporting tools 
•    SAP experience including Financial Transactions

Behavioural Skills:
•    Excellent leadership and communication skills
•    Adept at stakeholder management
•    Technical understanding.
•    Ability to understand financial statements.
•    Understanding of e-business / e-procurement systems.
•    Troubleshooting, problem solving.
•    Understanding of cross-cultural / global issues.

Travel: 
•    Across Cluster as and when needed.
