Job Description :
1. Cost control & maintain budget Gross Profit/EBIDTA
2. Analyses expenses and cost transactions; ensure that transactions are recorded accurately and assigned
3. Forecast of expenses, conduct mkt research to recommend changes in pricing & business models
4. Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
5. Utilize logistics ERP & SOP to optimize procedures
6. Operational analysis – reducing operational cost including inventory valuation, overhead & direct labor.
7. Banking – import documentation, follow up with the banker for BG, EMD etc
8. Communicate with suppliers, agents, customers etc to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction

Key Competencies and Skills Set:

* Excellent Analytical Skill
* Understanding of cost accounting principles and procedures
* Proficient in Microsoft Office as well as Finance & Accounting software
* Excellent verbal & written business communication skills
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Job Summary
Good understanding of cost-related manufacturing processes. Experienced with data analysis functions. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Word, Power Point, perfect at carrying out instructions with accuracy.
Key Result Area
Preparation of Annual Budget, Mill operation and performance report, product costing ,daily MIS and process costing monthly/day to day cost collection, presentation, analysis and implementing corrective measures for real and permanent solution.
Key Result Responsibilities
·        Periodical preparation of Product Costing.
·        Should have practical experience into Product Costing, Cost Audit, Budgeting .
·        Utilities (Power, Steam and Water) costing.
·        Periodical preparation of Product costing and facilitates sharing of proper cost information between finance representatives and other cross-functional team members.
·        New product costing and product profitability analysis.
·        Preparation of Mill Performance Report on monthly basis.(MPR).
·        Preparation of Mill Operation Report on monthly basis.(MOR).
·        Preparation of MIS reports such as daily profitability analysis, raw material consumption and monitoring all general ledger accounts with respect to standard cost and implements system to minimize variance.
·        Preparation of costing MIS for upper management time.
·        Maintenance of Cost Records as per Law and Cost Audit.
·        Supporting MIS and Variance analysis with budgeting and previous actuals.
Desired Candidates Profile
·        ICWA with minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing company.
·        Proficient with use of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point.
·        Experience in working of SAP environment.
